Overview

Gilmore’s GEN2 Pressure Regulators continue to be the ideal solution for maintaining and limiting downstream pressure.  The tungsten carbide shear seals, hydraulic damping and improved guidance create a more resilient, debris tolerant valve with an extended service life.  The tungsten carbide shear seals are precision lapped to provide a resilient seal and develop a wiping action that resists contamination and leaking.

GEN2 Manual Spring Pressure Regulator Valve

This Gilmore GEN2 Pressure Regulator with tungsten carbide seal trim has been designed with the same footprint as the legacy Gilmore Manual Spring Regulator.  The improved carrier guidance lowers the dead band of the legacy equivalent for optimal performance.  Resilient shear seals maintain failsafe hydraulic pressure for a wide variety of topside and subsea applications.

This GEN2 Pressure Regulator with tungsten carbide seal trim has been designed with the same footprint as the legacy Gilmore Hydraulic Pilot Regulator, Tungsten carbide hydro-seals are precision lapped to provide a durable positive seal to develop a wiping action that resists contamination. This thoroughly redesigned product offering provides an improvement in cycle life and performance for both topside and subsea applications.

This Gilmore GEN2 Pressure Regulator with failsafe Air Motor has been designed with the same hydraulic porting footprint as the legacy Gilmore AKR Regulator.  This thoroughly redesigned product offering with guided hydraulic damping technology and improved set point resolution provides an improvement in cycle life and performance.  The failsafe adjustment maintains set point hydraulic pressure indifferent of pneumatic pressure loss.
